We love living here. Our unit is beautiful, neighbors are generally friendly, and you really can't beat the location. Only complaints are the soundproofing, which can be a bigger issue if you have noisy neighbors. Absolutely love the roof deck and being two blocks from Whole Foods. Would live here again in a heartbeat.
What did you like most?
Beautiful brick and timber units that all have unique layouts (it's a condo building). Amazing roof deck with a grill that's rarely occupied.
What did you like least?
"Loft-style"= "Can hear your neighbors". There's no real way around it, whether here, or any other loft-style building.
