close to bus line, great neighborhood, and a great view but parking is a little expensive, package delivery can be delayed, and overly painted apartments that are bit expensive.

Love the building even though it is a bit older. The views are spectacular and the rent is reasonable but still on the higher side. The neighborhood is older, though, and not much of a party scene.

What did you like most?

The roofdeck, views of Lake Michigan.

What did you like least?

The lack of a young crowd around the neighborhood.

Building is generally very good, but some of the management decisions do not make a ton of sense and they are a bit standoffish when called out.

Great. Love this building, the staff and the people who live here. There are always social events, it's dog friendly and people are very courteous.

What did you like most?

The view of the lake and the awesome rooftop.

What did you like least?

The neighborhood is quiet and close to great restaurants, etc. However, I sometimes miss the feel of living in lake view or lincoln park where it's a bit more bustling with shops, etc.

The view from my apartment on lakeshore drive.

there is not an in unit washer and dryer or garbage disposal.

great building, location is fantastic, nice little grocery downstairs if you needed something, the rooftop deck is unbelievable for the air & water show or just a night in the summer watching the fireworks at navy pier

There have been unit problems since I have lived there. I had a ceiling leak that runied the top of my dresser, that the building wouldn't pay for, but was too little for my home insurance deductible. The temperature control is awful, it always seems to be too hot, and if you open your window you hear lake shore drive.

What did you like most?

The roof deck and the view of the lake.

What did you like least?

temperature control, carpeting, not open floor plan.

Love living here and love the building staff. Most of the neighbors that I have interacted with are very friendly. I enjoy being able to wake up to a view of the lake and sunrise, but also get to see the sunset.

What did you like most?

I like how convenient the neighborhood is and love how quickly the building is in resolving minor issues whether they're in my apartment or in the building as a whole.

What did you like least?

There are a LOT of pets and some people don't have as much control over their pets as others.

Overall nice building. Good deck. It's not the newest or the fanciest, but it's relatively nice and no real issues.
