This is a perfect fit for my family.
What did you like most?
Large floorplan across four floors--2br plus 2 dens and three full baths. Location in neighborhood that is both hip and family friendly. Very short commute to the office; lots of public transit nearby. Outstanding, very ethnically diverse neighborhood school (one of the best in Illinois) 2 min away. Courtyard and communal rooftop deck creates a small-town-like community in an urban locale.
What did you like least?
In the southwest corner of the West Loop, which isn't built up as much. Police Academy across the street conducting drills can be kind of strange, but does make for a safe block. Unit is about 13 yrs old, so not fully updated anymore.
