The apartment was pretty and new, but management was bad, my landlord was bad, and the neighborhood was not good. Condo owners hated renters for some reason. It seems like one of those places that is nice only because it's new, but will quickly fall into disrepair. Also, the building represented gentrification, and owners were so quick to judge and disregard the poor, homeless and mentally ill people who had been living in Uptown for years.
