Nice To Meet You.
We're Your Apartment Dream Team.
Apartment hunting eats about 30 hours of your life. We spent years fixing that: Leading-edge Technology, Real People, and VIP Service.
35,000+ renters served across 9 cities, an average rating of 4.9 from 4,700+ reviews.
Here's How It Works.
Meet Your Locator.
Our personalized approach starts with a phone call or text messages. Meet your locator, fill them in on what you're looking for, any must-haves, and what you'd like to avoid.
Relax.
Your locator does all the searching for you, recommends buildings you might not have seen yet, and prices out the best options in your city.
Finalize.
Once you finalize your list, our team gets to work behind the scenes planning and scheduling your day of tours.
Tour Like A VIP.
All you have to do is show up. We handle the logistics on tour day: transportation, coffee, notes, and photos.

“Chris was so on it and very receptive to my feedback.”
Chris was so on it and very receptive to my feedback. There were specific things I wanted all in one place and somehow he managed to find it. It's amazing that he was able to do all this remotely, definitely saved me a lot of stress and hassle. Thank you Chris!
Before being helped by AptAmigo I spent close to 40 hours looking for the right apartment and barely found anything that I was satisfied with. I told Chris what I was looking for and he lined up tours for apartments the very next day. I had so many great options, my problem changed from "is there even a place here I want to live?" to "I don't know which one to choose!". All thanks to Chris and AptAmigo!
Chris Champion was incredibly professional, responsive, and informative. He went above and beyond with his service on multiple occasions, was quick to respond, and available at all times. Could not ask for a better apartment locator. Thanks Chris!
Drew S. was so helpful to us! We were looking for apartments fairly last minute and Drew helped us get tours set up with several great options on very short notice. He was always responsive and professional, and he got us in a spot we love that we otherwise would not have found. 10/10!
Jack duncan has been helping me and my friend so much from the first moment ( its being difficult because we have a short time to find a place , plus we were out of the country). He understood really well what we needed and wanted . And he came up with options very quick. What I liked the most is that he has been so communicative with us through this crazy process of finding…
Jack Duncan has made our apartment search so easy!! We found the company through instagram and we had a limited period of time to find a place to live before we moved to Dallas, the whole process was really fast and Jack found the perfect property for us. We do appreciate his honesty at all times and how he found so many properties to give us as many options as possible. He…
Brandi H. Did a wonderful job helping me locate my next apartment. She answered all my questions and was very responsive. She provided a solid list of apartments that met my criteria and made my search for a new pad less stressful. I like how the list she provided detailed which apartments were having specials.
Jason Baran was WONDERFUL! I am new to CO and he quickly came in, set me up with tours and helped me find some awesome spots! I couldn’t be more grateful! He was fabulous and I recommend their team to anyone!
